Qualified air-con technicians
All of our mobile technicians are fully qualified and hold the City & Guilds 2079 FGas qualification, which became compulsory in July 2011 for anyone handling refrigerant gasses.

Planned Preventative Maintenance Visits
Routine maintenance & service of air conditioning is recommended by all manufacturers, ensuring any faults are identified early, thus avoiding damage or deterioration of the equipment. FGas regulations stipulate that equipment is maintained and inspected yearly
Air Handling Systems Preventative Maintenance
Hadrian also provide planned preventative maintenance packages for Air Handling / Ventilation Systems.
FGas Reports
From 2006 it became legislation for owners of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure they are abiding by the new FGas regulations
Extended Warranty
Manufacturer's extended warranty is only guaranteed subject to the equipment being regularly maintained by Hadrian Air Conditioning.
Replacement Systems
Due to the phase out of old refrigerant gasses, Hadrian can assist with the replacement programme of your air conditioning systems.

Energy Efficiency Reports
Since 4th Jan 2009, air conditioning inspections have been a legal requirement for any system with an effective rated output of 250Kw or more. For systems with a rated output of 12Kw or more, the first inspection must have been carried out by 4th Jan 2011. Inspections must be carried out by an accredited air conditioning inspector at least once every 5 years.
For all systems first put into service on or after 1st Jan 2008, the first inspection must take place within 5 years of the date when it was first put into service. If you have any queries regarding your current air conditioning system, feel free to give us a call.
